Terms & Conditions:

  • Customer shall obey the rules and regulations of APPOINTED PROJECT / GOVT. of the People Republic of Bangladesh.
  • Booking procedure can be confirmed by client on the basis of “First Come, First Serve” as his or her choice if selected plot is available.
  • Client should apply for the plot in the company’s own application form with two copies of photos, photocopy of photo ID and 10,000 tk. as a booking money per katha.
  • Company reserves the right to change the plot (available) price at any time. However, one the booking procedure is completed New Age Properties will not change any price of the property.
  • For the clients who want to pay at a time, deed will be done in 300 tk. non-judicial stamp after the whole payment.
  • For the clients who wants to pay by installment, deed will be done in 300 tk. non-judicial stamp after the down payment.
  • After booking if any client want to cancel or refund, then he or she must apply for it by a application. Then minimum 10% of the amount he or she has already paid will be cut as a documentation charge. The rest of the amount will be refund within 3 months from the approval date of the application by cheque.
  • For installment clients, down payment has to pay within 1.5 month from booking date and the rest of the payments should be paid by 36/48/60/72/84/96/108 months installments according to deed.
  • In the project, all the facilities like water, electricity , gas, telephone lines will be given according to government policy by company initiative. Client is responsible for the utility connection fees charged by the government.
  • Plots will be handed over to the clients as per deed after full payment. The final registration procedure will be start after the handover.
  • For plot registry and transfer, clients have to bear the charges of stamp duty, registration fee, gain tax, vat, documentation and other applicable charges.
  • All kinds of development in the plot should be done as per government rule;
  • Payment will be adjusted as per plot size when the plot will be handed over to the client;
  • If plot handing over is late for any natural or political reason, or any unexpected occurrence beyond Abacus control, clients have to consider that for ther betterment of the project.
